Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Align Athlete. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and at the best possible shipping rate. Please review our shipping policy below.


🛍 Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

  • During product launches, sales events, or pre-orders, processing times may be longer.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $50 may qualify for free standard shipping.


🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship to most international destinations using trusted carriers and partners.

  • International shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 7–30 business days.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping fees. These may be collected upon delivery by your local postal service or customs office.

  • Delivery confirmation is not guaranteed for certain international postal services (e.g., USPS First Class International).

📝 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


📫 Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information for any updates.

  2. Confirm the shipping address you provided is correct.

  3. Contact the carrier directly for more information.

If you still need assistance, email us at help@alignathlete.com with your order number.

Please note: Align Athlete is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. In these cases, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.


🔄 Pre-Orders & Kickstarter Orders

If your item was purchased through Kickstarter or as a pre-order, shipping timelines may differ. Estimated ship dates will be shared in your survey or email updates. You will receive tracking information once your order is fulfilled.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain countries, or to countries with import restrictions on our products.

  • If we are unable to ship to your location, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
